Coffee…what is it good for?
Hello everybody! I figured that because I am new to this whole blog thing I would start off with something light. Today I’m going to discuss the health benefits of coffee. Now, I’m guessing that you are already a fan of coffee and you don’t need another reason for drinking it. However, it may be nice to know that the “guilty pleasure” you have been pouring into your mug every morning is actually good for you.
I came across an article posted on WebMD which stated that coffee could lower your risk of diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and colon cancer. It also suggests that it could lift your mood and treat headaches as well as lower your risk of cavities! Basically Coffee is like a liquid super hero beverage, knocking out your body’s toxins! So, move over Green Tea, there’s a new member of the Antioxidants League! He’s hot, caffeinated and ready for action!
